Key Project Highlights:

Safety Enhancements: The project prioritised safety by installing a premium synthetic turf system with a 23mm soft fall pad throughout, ensuring a cushioned and resilient surface for children to play on. This significantly reduces the risk of injuries from falls, providing a safer play environment for all ages.

Efficient Installation: To minimise disruption to the centre's operations, the project employed efficient installation methods. This included the use of conveyor belts to move materials in and out of the centre over the neighbour's fence, minimising disturbance to the surrounding area.

Comprehensive Ground Preparation: The project included a thorough ground preparation process, which involved the demolition and removal of the existing bark and mulch, followed by the installation of a suitable base for the synthetic turf. This ensured a stable and long-lasting foundation for the new play surface.

Sustainable Solution: The choice of synthetic turf offers a sustainable alternative to traditional bark and mulch surfaces. It eliminates the need for frequent replenishment, reduces water consumption, and minimises waste, contributing to a more eco-friendly playground environment.

Enhanced Aesthetics: The vibrant green synthetic turf instantly transformed the playground's appearance, creating a more inviting and visually appealing play space for children. The addition of a Sienna sleeper edge along the existing rear brick wall further enhanced the aesthetics and defined the play area.
